the Medical Director
and founder of the
Emerald Coast Eye
Institute-one of the
most rapidly growing
and progressive eye
care facilities in
the South.
Dr. Houghton is our
Optometric Director.
Dr. Houghton has
been with the
Emerald Coast Eye
Institute since July
of 1995 and is
responsible for
public relations and
works closely with
the Optometrist in
our area.
