Dr. Kubacki is a Wills Eye Hospital trained Pediatric Ophthalmologist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is highly recognized as a former Professor and Chairman of Temple University’s Department of Ophthalmology. Dr. Kubacki brings a tremendous amount of expertise to the Emerald Coast Eye Institute with over 28 years of experience as a pediatric ophthalmologist.
